Fitment Guarantee
We provide automotive enthusiasts with high-quality aftermarket carbon fiber products. All products undergo a quality inspection prior to shipment so you can shop with confidence. Please understand that our products are handcrafted, and due to the nature of aftermarket, hand-made carbon fiber goods, minor cosmetic inconsistencies, variances, or imperfections may be present. Additionally, slight adjustments or modifications may be required during installation to achieve proper fitment. Because these are aftermarket components, exact 1:1 OEM-level fitment and finish cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
All products purchased from our store must be installed or have installation attempted by a licensed professional automotive shop in order to be eligible for our Fitment Guarantee. DIY installations are not covered. Any fitment-related return, replacement, or claim will be denied if the product was installed or attempted to be installed without a professional automotive shop. Vorted Carbon is not responsible for damages, improper fitment, or installation errors resulting from non- professional or DIY installation attempts.
All fitment issues must be reported within fourteen (14) calendar days of the product’s delivery date. Fitment Guarantee claims submitted after fourteen (14) days from delivery will not be eligible. This includes claims related to improper fitment, installation difficulty, or manufacturing defects affecting installation. Customers are responsible for promptly inspecting the product upon delivery and arranging professional installation within this timeframe.
The Fitment Guarantee applies only when a product is explicitly listed as compatible with the customer’s vehicle (for example, 2015-2018 BMW F80 M3), has been installed or installation has been attempted by a professional automotive shop, and the product cannot be installed or does not fit correctly due to a verified manufacturing defect or confirmed fitment issue. In such cases, a replacement part will be provided at no additional cost, at our discretion.
If the customer elects to return the product for a refund instead of receiving a replacement, the customer will be fully responsible for all return shipping costs, restocking fees (if applicable), and any other associated expenses. Please refer to our Refund Policy for additional details regarding returns for refunds.
To qualify for the Fitment Guarantee, customers must provide a copy of the professional automotive shop’s invoice clearly showing that installation was attempted.
Supporting photos or videos may also be required to verify the issue. Failure to provide proper documentation may result in denial of the claim.
We reserve the right to refuse service or deny Fitment Guarantee claims if proper installation procedures were not followed, if the product was misused, modified, damaged, or improperly handled, or if the claim falls outside the eligibility requirements.
All Fitment Guarantee claims are reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
