Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy governs all order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery matters for purchases made on vorteqcarbon.com. It is incorporated by reference into Vorteq Carbon’s Terms of Service and Return, Refund & Exchange Policy. In the event of any conflict between this policy and those documents, the Terms of Service shall govern.
By placing an order with Vorteq Carbon, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy. All shipping timelines and delivery estimates stated herein are approximate and subject to change. Delivery estimates do not constitute guarantees.
SHIPPING AT A GLANCE
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have obtained consent for any minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit worms, viruses, or destructive code. Breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access and services.
STANDARD (IN-STOCK) ITEMS
Standard, in-stock products (excluding all “Made to Order” items) are processed and shipped from Vorteq Carbon’s California fulfillment center within one (1) to three (3) business days of order confirmation. Customers will receive an email notification containing tracking information once the order has been dispatched. Please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours for tracking information to become active following receipt of your shipping confirmation email.
Domestic U.S. Orders:
Estimated delivery for domestic shipments is one (1) to five (5) business days from the date of shipment, depending on destination and carrier. All delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
International Orders:
International standard orders ship from either Vorteq Carbon’s California fulfillment center or our overseas facility in China or Taiwan, depending on manufacturing/inventory location at the time of order. Estimated international delivery is seven (7) to twenty-one (21) business days from the date of shipment, subject to customs clearance procedures and local delivery conditions in the destination country. All delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.
CUSTOM / “MADE TO ORDER” ITEMS
Products designated as Custom (or “Made to Order”) within the product listing are custom-manufactured specifically per individual order at Vorteq Carbon’s overseas manufacturing facility in China or Taiwan. These items are not held in stock and are not available for immediate shipment.
Production Lead Time:
Custom orders are subject to an estimated production lead time of one (1) to six (6) weeks from the date of order confirmation, to accommodate manufacturing, quality control inspection, and preparation for shipment. Estimated production timeframes may be noted in the product description; we recommend contacting us at support@vorteqcarbon.com for the most current lead time estimates prior to ordering.
Shipping After Production:
Once production is complete and the order has passed quality control, it will be shipped from our China or Taiwan manufacturing facility. International transit is estimated at seven (7) to twenty-one (21) additional calendar days, subject to customs clearance. Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has shipped. Tracking updates may not appear until the package has cleared customs in the destination country.
Important: All Custom (“Made to Order”) products are final sale and cannot be canceled or modified after twenty-four (24) hours from the time of order placement or once production has commenced, whichever occurs first. For full details, refer to Vorteq Carbon’s Refund Policy.
RISK OF LOSS & TITLE TRANSFER
Once an order has been tendered to the designated shipping carrier and a tracking number has been issued, title to the goods and all risk of loss or damage transfer to the customer. From the point of carrier handoff, Vorteq Carbon bears no liability for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or damaged in transit.
Customers experiencing carrier-related issues after the point of title transfer are responsible for filing claims directly with the applicable carrier. Vorteq Carbon may, at its sole discretion, assist in initiating a carrier claim on the customer’s behalf but assumes no obligation to do so and makes no guarantee of recovery.
DELIVERY INSPECTION REQUIREMENT
All customers are required to inspect their order immediately upon delivery, before signing any carrier documentation or discarding packaging materials. The following steps are required to preserve eligibility for any damage or defect claim:
- Photograph or video record the exterior of all packaging before opening, regardless of apparent outer condition.
- Photograph or video record the product immediately upon unpacking.
Note any visible damage to packaging or product on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
Failure to document packaging and product condition at the time of delivery may limit or void eligibility for a carrier damage claim and will affect the outcome of any damage-related return request submitted to Vorteq Carbon. All damage or shortage reports must be submitted to support@vorteqcarbon.com within fourteen (14) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Claims submitted outside this window will not be accepted.

CARRIER DAMAGE & LOST SHIPMENTS
Vorteq Carbon is not liable for shipments that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after handoff to the shipping carrier. In the event of a carrier-related issue, the following applies:
Damaged in Transit:
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, the customer must: (a) document the damage with photographs or video at the time of delivery, before signing for the package; (b) note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt; and (c) contact Vorteq Carbon at support@vorteqcarbon.com within fourteen (14) calendar days with full photographic or video evidence of both the packaging and product condition. Vorteq Carbon will assist in coordinating a carrier claim where possible but makes no guarantee of recovery or reimbursement from the carrier.
Lost in Transit:
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier and the carrier has opened a formal investigation, the customer must contact Vorteq Carbon at support@vorteqcarbon.com. Vorteq Carbon will cooperate with the carrier investigation. Resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation outcome and timeline. Vorteq Carbon assumes no liability for carrier-confirmed lost shipments beyond reasonable cooperation in the claims process.
High-Value Orders:
For orders exceeding a value determined at Vorteq Carbon’s sole discretion, signature confirmation upon delivery may be required. Vorteq Carbon reserves the right to require signature confirmation on any order without prior notice to the customer. A failed or missed signature confirmation attempt does not transfer liability for the shipment back to Vorteq Carbon.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted in writing to support@vorteqcarbon.com within twenty-four (24) hours of the original order placement. Submission of a request within this window does not guarantee that the change can be accommodated. If the order has already been processed, shipped, or if production has commenced on a custom item, the request cannot be honored and the order will proceed as originally placed.
- Standard (in-stock) orders: Cancellations are accepted within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement, provided the item has not yet shipped.
- Custom / Made to Order orders: Considered final sale and cannot be canceled or modified after twenty-four (24) hours from the time of order placement or once production has commenced, whichever occurs first. There is no guaranteed cancellation window for custom orders.
Orders where a cancellation request is received after shipment will be treated as a return of the delivered item and are subject to the full terms of Vorteq Carbon’s Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, including all applicable restocking fees.
PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER
Packages may be returned to Vorteq Carbon by the carrier due to any of the following: missed or refused delivery, an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address, or failure to retrieve the package from a carrier facility within the required hold period.
All packages returned to Vorteq Carbon under these circumstances are subject to the following charges, deducted from any applicable refund:
- A 20% restocking fee applied to the original item price.
- All return shipping costs incurred by the carrier.
- Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout. Vorteq Carbon is not liable for delivery failures, undeliverable packages, or associated costs resulting from customer-provided address errors or failure to coordinate with the carrier.
If a customer requests re-shipment of a returned-to-sender package, they must contact support@vorteqcarbon.com. Re-shipment requires: (a) verification of a corrected and deliverable shipping address; (b) payment of a new outbound shipping fee; and (c) confirmation that no fraud or misuse is associated with the original order. Re-shipment is not guaranteed and is processed at Vorteq Carbon’s sole discretion.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Vorteq Carbon ships via reputable carriers including, but not limited to, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Carrier selection is determined at Vorteq Carbon’s sole discretion based on package size, weight, destination, and carrier availability at the time of fulfillment. Vorteq Carbon does not guarantee the use of any specific carrier for any order.
Once an order is dispatched, the selected carrier’s terms of service, delivery commitments, and claims processes govern the shipment from that point forward. Vorteq Carbon is not responsible for carrier service failures, delivery delays, or unilateral policy changes by any carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipments are estimated to arrive within seven (7) to twenty-one (21) business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination country and applicable customs clearance procedures. These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customs Duties & Import Fees:
All customs duties, taxes, import fees, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other regulatory charges assessed by the destination country are the sole financial responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are not collected or remitted by Vorteq Carbon. Failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in the package being held, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities. Vorteq Carbon bears no responsibility for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by customs holds or inspections.
Customs Refusal, Return, or Destruction:
In the event that a package is refused, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities in the destination country, Vorteq Carbon is not liable for the loss of the shipment or its contents. No refund will be issued for packages lost or destroyed due to customs non-compliance, import prohibitions, or failure to pay applicable duties and fees. If a package is returned to Vorteq Carbon by customs, it will be treated as a returned-to-sender shipment and is subject to the applicable restocking fee and shipping cost deductions outlined in this policy.
Prohibited & Restricted Items:
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify that the products they are ordering are permitted for import into their destination country and comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. Vorteq Carbon makes no representations regarding the importability or regulatory compliance of its products in any jurisdiction outside of the United States. Orders placed for shipment to countries where the products are prohibited or restricted will not be refunded on the basis of import restrictions.
International Tracking:
International tracking updates may not appear until the shipment has cleared customs in the destination country. Vorteq Carbon is not responsible for tracking gaps caused by customs processing delays or the limitations of foreign carrier systems.
SHIPPING DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE
Vorteq Carbon is not liable for any failure or delay in shipment or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays or capacity constraints, port congestion, labor strikes, government restrictions, customs holds, war, civil unrest, or infrastructure failures.
In such events, Vorteq Carbon will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and to resume fulfillment as soon as practicable. Force majeure events do not entitle customers to cancel orders or receive refunds outside of the terms stated in Vorteq Carbon’s Refund Policy.
