Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

After your item(s) is marked delivered by the carrier, you will have up to 14 days to return your product(s). Any return requests outside of the 14 day return window will not be accepted. Please email us at support@vorteqcarbon.com thoroughly explaining the reason you are requesting a return along with detailed photos and videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Orders with issues or defects:

For Example: Arrived damaged, Missing parts or pieces, Item is defective, Received wrong item.

Please email us at support@vorteqcarbon.com thoroughly explaining the issue you are experiencing along with detailed photos and videos. This is required to have your return request (RMA) approved. The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping fees once your return request is approved. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for used, modified, painted, or installed parts. Once the return is delivered to us, we will need to inspect the product(s) before we can process a refund back to your original payment method.

Orders with no issues or defects:

For example: Ordered by mistake, Don’t like it, Changed my mind, Found a better price.

Please email us at support@vorteqcarbon.com explaining the reason you want to return your item(s). A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund. The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping feesTo be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for used, modified, painted, or installed partsOnce the return is delivered to us, we will need to inspect the product(s) to ensure it is not damaged before we can process a refund back to your original payment method.

Custom-made orders:

Products that are marked "made to order" are considered custom-made and are final sale. Custom-made items are identified by the term "made to order" in the product description and/or title. Due to the nature of custom-made goods, these items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, if there is damage or defects with your product(s), please email us at support@vorteqcarbon.com thoroughly explaining the issue you are experiencing along with detailed photos and videos of the issue and we will assist you further.

 

EXCHANGES

After you receive your order, you have up to 14 days to exchange your product(s). We will need to inspect the product(s) to ensure it is not damaged or defective before we can process the exchange. Exchanges only apply to items of the same order value. Items that are marked "made to order" will not be eligible for exchanges. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the cost to ship the item back to us and the cost to ship the replacement item to the customer. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for used, modified, painted, or installed partsTo start an exchange, please email us at support@vorteqcarbon.com for assistance. We will provide you with return instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we do not accept exchanged or returned items without prior authorization.

 

CANCEL AN ORDER

Standard orders:

Orders may be cancelled only within 24 hours of your purchase for a full refund to your original payment method as long as the item has not yet shipped.

Cancellation requests that are sent to us after the item is shipped or delivered will be considered a standard return and will incur a 20% restocking fee. The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package after it is delivered to you.

Please note that a 20% restocking/cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund for all standard orders that have exceeded the 24 hour time period, whether the item has been shipped or not. This fee is designed to cover the costs associated with processing and handling of payment and inventory. The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not accept returned items without prior authorization.

Custom-made orders:

Custom-made items are identified by the term "made to order" in the product description and/or title.

Orders below $500 may be cancelled up to 24 hours of your purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.

Orders exceeding $500 may be cancelled up to 24 hours of your purchase with a cancellation fee of 5% deducted from your refund to your original payment method.

This fee is designed to cover the costs associated with processing and handling of payment and inventory. After the 24 hour time period has passed, the order is considered final sale and there are no exceptions for order cancellation due to the nature of custom-made goods.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim and report the issue. We will work with the carrier to assist in resolving any issues, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.



REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the item meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item, minus any applicable fees (such as restocking fees or shipping fees). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days (depending on your bank/financial institution) for the refund to be processed.
